We do this by resourcing a wide range of strategies, partnerships and affiliations to promote, support and maintain true empowerment for individuals with a disability and/or mental health issue. Located in Caboolture, we operate throughout the Moreton Bay Region. Despite the challenges of the past two years, Better Together has continued to grow in our service provision and in the way we operate.

While we continue to respond to the needs of our clients and the army of magic people who support them, we are about to developed a new strategic plan with a new look and new energy. Our recent success in securing Government infrastructure funding to develop the “Better Communities Hub” facility has created some exciting opportunities for the future.

Our current committee members bring diverse experience from the community services, disabilities, employment support, and mental health service sector. We are continually inspired by a shared vision and in the stated values of Better Together. We have been successful in securing financial, resource and in-kind support from Local and State Governments and the Moreton Bay community.  As we move into a new year, we want to invite you and members of the community to become part of our exciting journey.
